一、基本合作原則

1)、公司在地級、縣級以上城市招募合作商，由總部統(tǒng)一品牌運營管理。

2)、合作商受到公司的地區(qū)性保護，合作商可以在代理授權區(qū)域內開展銷售業(yè)務。

3)、管理按國家行政區(qū)域劃分，區(qū)域負責人應承擔合作商推廣、監(jiān)督服 務、管理培訓、市場維護、嚴格執(zhí)行總部下達的各項指令。

4)、合同期為二年、合同期滿有優(yōu)先續(xù)簽權，二年內享有公司給予的： ①銷售培訓權利  ②品牌使用權利  ③經營權利
